All classes are structured so they meet all Ohio Academic Standards for all grades with intervention classes being available throughout the school year helping students get a better understanding of their studies.

There are daily student assemblies given every morning with Mrs. Moore addressing the students on what is expected of them on not only their academics but also discipline. Student projects are encouraged with a school bulletin board displaying what is expected of the students. Events hosted such as the Taste of Math and Science, annual Science fair, while also implementing the Homework Club, Saturday Intervention School, Drama Club, Young Ambassador’s Club allow the Hamilton County Mathematics and Science Academy to broaden the students skill sets and the ability to display their individual talents. Hamilton County Mathematics and Science Academy is also one of the first to implement a all girls academic sorority, Pi Alpha Pi, which recognizes student academic achievement and leadership in and out of the classroom with a future all boys academic fraternity starting up this academic school year. Students are awarded for academic achievement with parents being welcomed to openly participate in their children’s education. With the establishment of the PTO, Parents teachers Organization, this allows parents to be more involved in the schools overall success and future and upcoming programs. Mrs. Moore has always sought to communicate the goals and achievements about the Hamilton County Mathematics and Science Academy as she strives to get the message of the school and what it represents to the surrounding communities.
